Our Process

  • 1. Discovery

    CivicSoft meets with you to learn about your project, environment, and stakeholders. We can work together to make decisions about the timeline, requirements, and the needed resources for a project. We can also take this time to choose a project methodology that would work best for our companies to collaborate.

  • 2. Project Kick-off

    Our project team (local and offshore) meets with all of the project stakeholders to get everyone in alignment on what the project deliverables will be. This is an exciting milestone for us and our clients as the vision is detailed for a successful engagement.

  • 3. Project Development

    We begin producing deliverables that meet the agreed-upon specifications. We like to use agile methodologies that allow us to deliver completed features in short increments. Throughout this process using our proprietary tools to track the team’s hours allocation and progress.   • 4. Project Wrap-Up

    CivicSoft prepares all deliverables for a final “go-live”. We provide documentation and training/demos for the end-users.

    Any client who partners with us on a project has the option to utilize our expertise after the project is complete through a support contract.
